This residential development in Valle de Bravo arises from the collaboration of a team of architects, engineers, designers, interior designers, and landscapers, united by the intention of creating a concept that celebrates the best of Mexico. Every design decision seeks to reflect a balance between tradition, modernity, and timelessness, generating spaces that go beyond the purely aesthetic.
The residence is the result of a creative and architectural approach where the experience and quality of the professionals is evident in every detail. From architecture to landscaping, everything is articulated to promote local, contemporary design with a strong sense of place.
This is more than a residential project—it is a lifestyle proposal. A meticulously conceived space, capable of offering comfort, beauty, and transcendence, where every corner reflects sensitivity, rigor, and a commitment to design that remains timeless, serene, and authentic.
Antonio Morodo Diaz (MRD):
MRD is an independent studio dedicated to exploring architecture beyond form. Their approach is rooted in research and deep contextual analysis, aiming for projects that not only construct but also foster lasting connections with society and the environment.
MRD’s practice is interdisciplinary and collaborative, integrating architecture, urban design, and project strategies through an inclusive system that enhances each team member’s talent and creativity. Each project is treated as an open dialogue, where ideas are tested, expanded, and consolidated into solid proposals.
Every intervention is an exercise in synthesis and clarity. Spaces combine precision and flexibility, adapting to the passage of time and the transformations of those who inhabit them. It is architecture that endures without imposing, creating meaningful and memorable experiences.
Valle de Bravo is a place where the lake and forest meet in harmony. Mornings awaken with mist over the water and the birds’ song, while evenings fall under warm skies and the constant whisper of pines. Life here follows a different rhythm: more serene, closer to nature and community
What draws us to Valle de Bravo is its natural and cultural balance. The lake blends with mountain trails, homes coexist with vegetation, and local life integrates respectfully with tourism. It is a place that invites observation, enjoyment, and belonging—without rush or artifice.
Here, each sunrise is an opportunity to gaze at the horizon, and each day is lived with the calm of the essential. Valle de Bravo does not seek to impose itself; it reveals itself with simplicity. In that honesty, between the strength of the lake and the stillness of the forest, lies its deepest beauty.
