The residences adapt to the terrain and sun orientation, integrating terraces, balconies, and openings that allow light and air to become part of everyday life. The interiors, designed with sobriety and functionality, prioritize views and comfort, while noble materials age with dignity in contact with the forest.
The experience is completed outdoors, where pathways, ravines, and vegetation accompany the unhurried rhythm of each day. More than a residential complex, Chichipicas is a discreet and warm community, designed for those who understand that true luxury is not found in the superfluous, but in the essential: silence, the shade of trees, and the murmur of water.
