Finestre is a luxury housing project consisting of 8 villa units, with sizes ranging from 500 to 1000 square meters of construction. Located on a cliff on the Pacific coast in Guerrero, this project harmoniously adapts to the terrain's topography. Its main focus is integration with the existing vegetation and the creation of architecture that blends with the natural surroundings.

Architecture:

The architecture of Finestre is characterized by its white prism-like structures that enclose the interior spaces, protecting them from the surroundings while remaining connected to them. Wooden interiors blend with these elements, creating an introverted atmosphere in harmony with the context. The spaces are oriented towards the sea, seeking shade and tranquility, with the aim of highlighting the beauty of the natural environment. The principal architect of the project was Manuel Cervantes.

Finestre offers an exclusive set of 32 properties. Currently, there are 3 apartments available, two of them in Phase 3 of the project. These apartments are delivered fully furnished and equipped, including high-quality sound systems and kitchens. Each unit has a private pool and access to common areas.
