Vaya Vaya is a seaside retreat that celebrates life to the rhythm of the tropics. Located in Riviera Nayarit, this project arises from an intimate connection with the landscape: the sound of the waves, the salt in the air, the shade of the palms. Every design decision responds to its environment, seeking to blend with it rather than impose itself.
The architecture is open, light, and transparent. The use of natural materials—wood, palm, exposed concrete—enhances the sense of calm and belonging. Everything flows between interior and exterior, between what is built and what is alive.
Vaya Vaya is not just a space; it is an experience. A place to pause, feel, and inhabit with all senses. A destination that captures the coastal essence without artifice: simple, warm, essential. As if it had always been there.
Estudio Atemporal seeks to create spaces that are not bound by time, but that transcend it. Its approach stems from a deep analysis of context and a careful listening to the present, shaping an architecture that neither looks back nor dictates what is yet to come.
Their practice is holistic: spanning from architecture and furniture design to the creation of a visual identity coherent with each space. Atemporal works with a particular sensitivity, always seeking atmospheres that dignify living and enter into dialogue with their immediate surroundings.
Each project is a pursuit of the essential: sober, calm, and quiet spaces—capable of sustaining themselves over time without losing strength or clarity. An architecture that does not impose itself, but endures.
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a place where the sea and the mountains meet in silence. Where days begin with the song of birds and end with the salty breeze drifting in from the bay. Here, life unfolds at a different pace: slower, more attentive, more in tune with the environment.
What draws us most to La Cruz is its natural balance. The fishing community coexists with a modern marina, mangroves grow alongside dirt roads, and tropical vegetation embraces the houses as if they had always been there.
Amid quiet streets, freshly cut fruit, and sunsets that set the horizon ablaze, we find a way of inhabiting that does not seek to stand out, but to belong. La Cruz does not boast—it is lived. And that makes it profoundly special.
