Punto Plataforma is a project of 8 villas that create a space for meetings and journeys, intimate courtyards and shades, squares surrounded by vegetation and framed views. Each villa is surrounded by a barrier of vegetation that creates a sense of privacy. This project is infused with the culture of Oaxaca, with elements like chocolate, mole, clay, comals, woods, and huipiles that give identity to this region. The aromas, colors, and textures present in all traditional homes are reflected in the design. Punto Plataforma connects with virgin beaches with unique landscapes, calm water bays, and open-sea coastlines. The area is known for being visited by turtles, whales, and dolphins at different times of the year and also stands out as an international surfing destination with perfect waves for surfing at any level.

Architecture:

The design of Punto Plataforma has been created by FBR Arquitectos Asociados, a firm based in Mexico City that aims to establish new paradigms in real estate development. Their focus is on the synergy between the success of real estate development and high architectural quality. The firm is composed of professionals specialized in design, engineering, real estate promotion, and construction, working as a team to achieve a successful combination of architecture, investment, and construction.
