Description:

The inspiration behind Casa Yaax (Green House in Maya) is to create unique villas that relate to two properties: the Garden Houses and the Penthouses. By combining the best of both worlds, it forms a kind of "Luxury Jungle Townhouse" where you can enjoy a spacious private garden on a single floor dedicated to social areas, while also having an intimate Rooftop among the treetops. This project arises from the love and experience gained in Tulum over the years and a deep passion for architecture. Architecture is highly regarded as one of the most incredible artistic expressions of humanity, not only conveying emotion but also creating a space for enjoying and developing the life of your dreams within it. Casa Yaax promotes a more stable lifestyle in this paradise and includes multifunctional areas to integrate professional and healthy living.

Architecture:

The project is backed by an architectural firm led by architect Héctor Barroso. Their focus is to generate architectural proposals that seamlessly integrate with their surroundings, utilizing the specific natural resources of each location. Projects emerge in harmony with the environment, harnessing light and shadow, the surrounding vegetation, soil composition, and geographic features. This results in spaces that accentuate the livability and architectural quality of the environment.
