Description:

The project is about building four houses in La Peña, Valle de Bravo. Because of the unique surroundings, vegetation and hilly terrain, the design separates the program into different independent parts that adapt to the specific characteristics of each spot. These separate and tiered parts are different sizes and heights that connect with their environment. The layout and design is done in a way that respects what's already there and the outdoor terraces are added to complete the overall design. A back corridor links each of these parts on different levels and, always facing south, it warms the house, creates different spaces and allows for a double view that brings the project closer to its environment.
