101 is a residential project located in Condesa, one of Mexico City’s most valued urban and cultural neighborhoods. Its location supports a connected, walkable lifestyle, with close access to parks, dining, and cultural venues.
The project consists of a collection of four fully independent houses, organized across split levels to create gradual spatial transitions and a continuous relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Each home features patios, balconies, and roof gardens that enhance everyday living while providing natural light and cross ventilation.
Spaces are designed with clear and efficient layouts, prioritizing privacy and spatial quality. The architecture offers a contemporary approach to urban living, where light, views, and a carefully sequenced circulation shape a balanced and timeless residential experience.
