101 is a residential project located in Condesa, one of Mexico City’s most valued urban and cultural neighborhoods. Its location supports a connected, walkable lifestyle, with close access to parks, dining, and cultural venues.
The project consists of a collection of four fully independent houses, organized across split levels to create gradual spatial transitions and a continuous relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Each home features patios, balconies, and roof gardens that enhance everyday living while providing natural light and cross ventilation.
Spaces are designed with clear and efficient layouts, prioritizing privacy and spatial quality. The architecture offers a contemporary approach to urban living, where light, views, and a carefully sequenced circulation shape a balanced and timeless residential experience.
Pérez Palacios Arquitectos is an architecture practice focused on a conceptual approach, where ideas guide the design process over formal expression. Each project begins with a careful analysis of its context and the relationships established between space, environment, and its users.
The studio’s work spans projects of different scales and programs, always informed by a sensitive response to factors such as geography, time, and use. Through clear and precise solutions, PPAA develops architectures that generate atmospheres and experiences, understanding exterior space as a defined and essential component of each project.
For PPAA, architecture is a conscious practice that considers both individual and collective intentions. Their methodology combines conceptual reflection, geometric rigor, and constant attention to the body’s experience in space, resulting in coherent, site-specific projects deeply connected to their surroundings.
La Colonia Condesa is a place where history and modernity coexist in balance. Its tree-lined streets and open plazas invite exploration, while cafés, galleries, and design shops create a vibrant cultural rhythm. Here, urban life unfolds with its own pace: dynamic, attentive, and connected to the surroundings.
The neighborhood is defined by its unique identity. Historic buildings engage with contemporary interventions, and public spaces intertwine with the lives of those who inhabit them. Every corner reflects character, creativity, and a sensitivity that blends daily life with the richness of the urban landscape.
Each visit to Condesa is an exercise in discovery. Spaces that combine calm and energy, history and modernity, capable of enduring over time without losing relevance. A neighborhood that does not impose itself, but remains a benchmark for quality urban living.
